I believe high-performing groups are hardest to leave. The reason I say this is because in high-performing groups, everyone seems to share the same standards of excellence and work ethnic. There's a shared sense of appreciation and respect for everyone's strengths, skills, expertise, as well as, weaknesses. Everyone is willing to compliment the other when needed.
I imagine that I will adjourn from my group of colleagues by hopefully getting an opportunity to see them at graduation! It would be great to see the faces that go along with the many wonderful and profound discussion posts for the past year and a half. I think adjourning is essential, as it seals the deal. It the seal of approval, as in it poses a time for reflection, as well as, a formal end to a planned process.
This is my journey as I achieve my Masters degree in Early Childhood Education: Public Policy/Advocacy. The road of knowledge has been traveled by many. It consists of research, studies, networking, trial and error, research, reading, constructive criticism, did I say research? and repeating the cycle. If we choose, we can travel this road forever and experience numerous, amazing possibilities and opportunities.
A Thought To Ponder:
" A NATION'S GREATNESS IS MEASURED BY HOW IT TREATS ITS WEAKEST MEMBERS"
Kensha,
ReplyDeleteI can not believe we are done with this class! I hope you have learned as much as I have. I saw you have worked for Head Start. I just got a job with Head Start for this Fall and I am really looking forward to it. Good luck in the rest of your classes. Maybe I will see you! Have a nice break too!
